1. Can you do custom shapes and edgework?
Yes. We support waterjet cutting for complex geometries and CNC edge grinding (grinding, polishing, pencil, flat, ogee, etc.). All edges are 45° chamfered by default unless specified otherwise.
Tip: For safety glass, avoid sharp edges. We chamfer all edges to 0.5–1.0mm radius as standard.
2. What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 50m² for laminated glass and 30m² for tempered glass. For prototypes, we offer free samples up to 0.5m².
Note: Prototypes ship within 72 hours. Mass orders: 7–14 days.

3. Do you offer private labeling and OEM packaging?
Absolutely. We support custom silk-screen printing, etching, and private labeling on outer packaging. Your logo can be printed on the glass edge (limited area) or on the carton.
Cost: $0.12–$0.25 per unit depending on quantity and process.
4. How do you handle international shipping and customs?
We offer DAP (Delivered At Place) or FOB Shanghai/Ningbo. Our freight team handles HS code classification (7005.29 for float, 7005.21 for tempered, 7008.00 for laminated), certificate of origin, and CE/FCC documentation.
Pro tip: For US imports, use HS 7005.29.20 for tempered glass and 7008.00.10 for laminated — avoids unnecessary inspections.
5. Can you provide technical drawings and CAD files?
Yes. After order confirmation, we provide 2D DXF/DWG and 3D STEP/IGES files for your engineering team. All files are English-labeled and include tolerances.
Standard tolerance: ±0.5mm for cutting, ±1.0mm for bending.
6. What’s your defect rate and warranty?
We guarantee ≤0.5% defect rate on mass orders (based on AQL 1.5). All laminated glass comes with 5-year UV resistance warranty, tempered with 1-year breakage warranty.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not damage from misuse or improper installation.
7. Do you accept PayPal or credit cards?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, and PayPal (for samples under $500). For high-value orders, we prefer irrevocable L/C.
Note: Wire transfer fees are borne by the buyer.
8. Can you do same-day or emergency orders?
Yes. For emergency orders under 50m², we offer 24-hour express production (extra $0.35/m²). Must be approved by operations manager.
